In terms of construction technology, we will adopt advanced construction technology, perfect management mechanism and effective organization to ensure the construction quality and meet the requirements of the owner. The specific technical implementation scheme is as follows: 1. Construction of grounding device. The grounding device works closely with civil engineering to ensure the buried depth of grounding body; When backfilling, fine soil should be filled first to ensure good grounding; Under the condition of high soil resistivity, the way of adding resistance reducing agent or adding grounding electrode to the borehole is adopted to ensure that the grounding resistance value meets the acceptance specifications and design requirements. The laying of cables after the arrival of various control cables and power cables at the construction site, their specifications and models, length should be checked to see whether they meet the order length, whether the cable appearance is damaged, whether the port seal is good, and whether various technical conditions are complete. The electrical performance of various cables shall be tested as required, and the test results shall comply with relevant standards and specifications. During cable laying, place the cable reel on the paying off rack, lay the cable from the cable reel through the correct manual method, use roller guide to pull out the cable by hand from beginning to end, and do not use cable winch. During cable laying, all necessary measures shall be taken to prevent mechanical damage to the cable, and straw mats or other items shall be placed along the cable laying direction to prevent the cable from dragging on the ground to damage the cable. When the cable is laid in the embedded steel pipe, the following measures should be taken: the steel pipe should be smooth and free of burrs. Before cable laying, a cylindrical brush should be used to clean the steel pipe to remove burrs and dirt; The cable traction lubricant, such as the mixed glue of graphite powder and neutral soapy water, shall be used to brush on the cable surface to reduce the traction resistance; When the cable is laid through the steel pipe, a sheath shall be installed at the pipe orifice to prevent cable damage. All cable laying shall be consistent with national construction standards or applicable IEE line standards, especially the ratio of cable bending radius to cable outer diameter shall not be less than the value specified in national standards or applicable IEE line standards. Cables laid in steel pipes shall not be connected in pipes. We recalculate the actual length of the cable marked in the construction drawing according to the embedded and reserved as built drawings provided by the civil construction unit, consider the construction margin and the length of the joint cable, and the best choice of indoor insulation, calculate the length of each cable, and provide the cable manufacturer with the requirements of cable manufacturing length. Try to lay the cable in a whole reel to reduce the intermediate joints. The cables shall be laid neatly on the support to avoid crossing as much as possible, and the cables shall not be damaged when fixed; The cable shall not be laid on the convex part of the edge, and shall not be bent and twisted, so as to avoid damage to the cable. According to the specific conditions of the laying location, all cable routes shall be specified to leave an appropriate cable length near the cable terminals and joints. 3.
