Due to the tight suction nozzle and frequent adjustment, the steel wire at the head of the suction nozzle is often broken. Because this steel wire is different from ordinary steel wire, we can't find a substitute, so we trimmed the steel wire. Although the trimmed steel wire is a little shorter, it can be made up by making a new steel wire clamp. Generally, 1/10000 gram of steel wire is often used to put it into one side of the clamp head, press it firmly with a press, and the other end is connected to the suction nozzle to lock it in place. Then adjust the tightness of the suction nozzle, and the free adjustment of the suction nozzle is restored
3. The clutch pressure of Heidelberg offset press is realized by the push of air valve. The air valve is controlled by the closing control signal of the solenoid valve, so as to realize the clutch pressure of the drum. In printing, we have encountered late clutch pressing action, resulting in the transfer of the imprint to the imprint cylinder, or only half of the paper printed, resulting in waste products. After inspection, no problem was found with the air valve and the control signal of the solenoid valve. Later, the solenoid valve was simply turned on, and it was found that there was oil in the solenoid valve coil and valve core. After the oil was cleaned, the fault also disappeared
