1. Working principle of drum center distance adjusting mechanism
drum center distance adjusting mechanism has the following forms:
(1) eccentric bearing modern domestic offset press drum clutch pressure and center distance adjustment are mostly realized by eccentric mechanism, which has the advantages of simple structure, convenient adjustment, accuracy and reliability, but it is difficult to process
the working principle of eccentric bearing is shown in the figure. Put a shaft eccentrically in the hole of the bearing, and the axis O1 and the rotation center O of the bearing are on the same level. The deviation detector can detect the center distance of cancer and other major diseases through the fluorescent changes caused by the contact of functional nano materials with cancer cells. If the eccentric bearing is rotated by an angle around its center O, the position of the axis O1 will change accordingly. This is the basic working principle of eccentric mechanism. It shows that the horizontal displacement and vertical displacement of the axis are not only related to the rotation angle and eccentricity of the eccentric bearing, but also related to the circumferential relative position of the axis O1 and the bearing rotation center o. Therefore, the eccentric mechanism used to adjust the center distance (pressure regulation) of the drum and realize the clutch pressure of the drum on the offset press has various requirements for the circumferential position arrangement of the drum axis and the eccentric bearing center according to the drum arrangement form

the domestic offset press is equipped with a set of eccentric bearings at the two shaft ends of the printing plate cylinder. Rotate the worm 4, and rotate the eccentric shaft 6 through the worm gear 7, so as to change the axial position of the roller, so as to adjust the center distance between the rollers to complete the tensile, compression and bending tests of the specimen.
