Seminar on emergency response plan for typical faults of decentralized control system held

Introduction: from November 9 to 11, 2011, a summary seminar on the preparation of emergency response plan for typical faults of decentralized control system of Zhejiang power plant and a review meeting on the abb emergency response plan for decentralized control system of Yueqing power plant were held in Wenzhou. At the meeting, the feasibility of starting the preparation of plans for power plants to be included in the 2012 supervision plan was discussed. the Thermal Engineering Institute of Zhejiang electric power testing and Research Institute and the thermal engineering professional committee of Zhejiang electric power society jointly held a summary seminar on the preparation of the emergency response plan for typical faults of decentralized control system of Zhejiang power plant and a review meeting on the emergency response plan for ABB decentralized control system of Yueqing power plant in Wenzhou from November 9 to 11, 2011. Yu Weiping, leader of Zhejiang electric power society, vice chairman of the thermal engineering professional committee Li Jianguo, general manager of zheneng Yueqing Power Generation Co., Ltd., and nearly 50 thermal engineering professionals from power plants in Zhejiang Province attended the meeting

in order to implement the policy of putting prevention first, implementing safety measures, and ensuring safe production, and ensure that when the control system fails during the operation of the unit, the tooling cost and labor cost also decrease significantly, so as to organize fault handling quickly and accurately, and minimize the impact of the fault to the greatest extent, the Thermal Automation Technical Committee of the power industry organized 8 home appliance academies or technical centers, 14 home appliance plants Nearly 70 professionals from 11 control system manufacturers launched the special research and preparation of the emergency response plan for typical faults of decentralized control system (hereinafter referred to as the plan) in the second half of 2010 on the basis of the preliminary research of Zhejiang electric power testing and Research Institute. Zhejiang electric power test and Research Institute and some power plants in Zhejiang Province have completed the editor in chief or participated in the editor in chief of four plans, which is an important measure to lead the transformation and upgrading of China's petrochemical industry and move towards high and medium-sized enterprises as a whole. At this meeting, these editors in chief and main participants summarized and exchanged experiences and lessons learned in the preparation process, they are:

1. Zhang Weijun of zheneng Yueqing Power Generation Co., Ltd. summarized and exchanged the preparation of the emergency response plan for typical faults of ABB distributed control system of Yueqing power plant

2. Feng Bo of Datang Zhejiang Wushashan Power Generation Co., Ltd. exchanged the preparation of "emergency response plan for typical system faults of Foxboro decentralized control in recent two years"

3. Yang Zhenli of Zhejiang Guohua Zhoushan Power Generation Co., Ltd. summarized and exchanged his experience in compiling the emergency response plan for typical faults of NT6000 distributed control system

4. Zeng Cheng, plant B of Guohua zheneng Ninghai Power Generation Co., Ltd., summarized and exchanged the preparation experience of "Siemens T3000 distributed control system typical fault emergency response plan"

5. Ding Junhong of Zhejiang electric power test and Research Institute summarized and exchanged the research and preparation of the template of "emergency response plan for the development of typical fault spring experiment opportunities of decentralized control system towards high intelligence"

during the meeting, the participants had a careful discussion on the "ABB distributed control system fault emergency response plan" of Yueqing power plant, and put forward some modification suggestions. The thermal preparation of Yueqing power plant was further improved, and further tests were carried out by taking advantage of the opportunity of unit overhaul to verify the correctness and operability of the contents of the plan
